A bioswale is a border - a living edge that runs along your property line, driveway, or fence. Your lawn stays. Your yard stays. We add the infrastructure where the water already flows: the low spots, the edges, the downspout runoff zones.
Think of it like crown molding for your yard. It finishes the space. Native ferns, sedges, and groundcover that look intentional, handle the water your grass can't, and make the whole property look like someone who knows what they're doing lives there.
We're not taking everyone. This is a founding cohort.
You own a single-family home or duplex in the Thornton Creek or Ravenna Creek watershed. Renters and multifamily (3+ units) are not eligible for this cohort.
You have a yard with at least 200 square feet of plantable area. Properties with existing drainage issues, standing water, or downspout runoff problems are ideal candidates.
Pilot members agree to allow before/after photography and serve as a reference for future homeowners in the watershed. We build our reputation one yard at a time.
