Pilot Program

We're selecting 5 homeowners in the Thornton Creek and Ravenna Creek watersheds for our founding residential bioswale installations. This is the first cohort. Once these 5 are built, the waitlist opens for everyone else.

What Pilot Members Receive

Founding members get everything in the residential package, plus pilot-exclusive benefits.

01

Complimentary Site Assessment

Full property evaluation - drainage patterns, soil analysis, grade measurement, and a custom bioswale design plan. No obligation. Normally $500.

02

Iron-Branded Cedar Check Dam

Our signature installation ceremony. A heated iron brand pressed into the western red cedar check dam - marking your property as a founding installation in the watershed.

03

Priority Scheduling & Pricing

Pilot members are scheduled first, before the general waitlist opens. Founding pricing locked for the life of your maintenance agreement.

Not a Replacement

We trim your lawn.
We don't replace it.

A bioswale is a border - a living edge that runs along your property line, driveway, or fence. Your lawn stays. Your yard stays. We add the infrastructure where the water already flows: the low spots, the edges, the downspout runoff zones.

Think of it like crown molding for your yard. It finishes the space. Native ferns, sedges, and groundcover that look intentional, handle the water your grass can't, and make the whole property look like someone who knows what they're doing lives there.

Your lawn stays
We work the edges, not the middle
Typical footprint: 3-6 feet wide
Along a fence line, driveway, or property edge
Makes the grass look better
A finished edge elevates the whole yard
Handles the water your lawn can't
Captures runoff before it hits the storm drain
